2. Membership & Services
The Spider Network is an invite-only membership community for entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders. Membership is subject to application review and acceptance at our sole discretion. By applying, you acknowledge that:
- Membership is not guaranteed and is granted at our discretion
- We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time for violation of community guidelines
- Membership tiers, benefits, and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice
- All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement
3. Member Conduct
As a member of The Spider Network, you agree to:
- Treat all members, staff, and partners with respect and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared within the community
- Not solicit, spam, or engage in predatory business practices toward other members
- Not misrepresent your identity, credentials, or business
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Not share or distribute membership-exclusive content, resources, or deal flow outside the community
4. Confidentiality
Members acknowledge that they may receive access to confidential information including business strategies, investment opportunities, and personal details of other members. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any such information to non-members or third parties without express written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site and within member-exclusive materials — including text, graphics, logos, the EDGE program, mastermind frameworks, and curriculum — is the property of The Spider Network and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site, membership, and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding:
- Specific business results, revenue increases, or investment returns
- The accuracy or completeness of information shared by members or partners
- The availability or quality of networking connections
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site or member platforms
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Spider Network, its founders, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your membership or use of the Site. This includes but is not limited to: losses from investment decisions, business deals, partnerships, or connections facilitated through the network.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the membership fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Investment & Deal Flow Disclaimer
The Spider Network may facilitate access to investment opportunities and deal flow as a membership benefit. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Any investment information shared within the community is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. Members are solely responsible for their own investment decisions and should consult qualified financial professionals before making any investment.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your membership immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other members, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to access member-exclusive content, events, and resources will cease immediately.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Spider Network, its founders, officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, participation in the community, or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Site or membership after changes constitutes acceptance.
